She is happily married, a devoted mother of two, and a proud grandma to two beautiful grandchildren. her love for family and community is at the center of everything she does.
Juanita Cisotto
Juanita Cisotto is the manager of First Look Ultrasound/ Ultrasound imaging specialist and the heart behind Frist look Doula Services. As a dedicated doula and photographer, Juanita combines professional expertise with personal experience as proud mom to five. She understands how meaningful pregnancy and birth truly are and is passionate about supporting families every step of the way. With calm presence and compassionate approach, Juanita is committed to helping mothers feel confident, empowered, and fully supported as they welcome their baby.
Michelle Thomas
Michelle Thomas is one of the ultrasound imaging specialists at First look Ultrasound and also the proud owner of Rose Noir Hair Salon, located right here in the First Look building. With a warm, welcoming presence and natural eye for detail, Michelle brings both professionalism and heart to every appointment. She is devoted mom to two wonderful sons and understands firsthand how meaningful pregnancy and motherhood are. Her passion for helping others feel confident, cared for, and celebrated shines through in everything she does.
